If you reserve within 30 days or less, payment in full is required.

Wire transfer is accepted for deposits. Balance is due in Mexican Pesos at the time of arrival.

The management is not in any way responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or any other property from the hotel room, or any other part of the hotel property for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage

90 days or more notice full refund minus a one night stay.

Less than 90 days notice - no refund, only credit for future stay.

Holiday reservations canceled less than 60 days, will receive no refund or credit for future stay.

No refund for early departure.

We will not waive late cancellations and no show fees due to medical or health issues, weather conditions or expired travel documents. It is recommended that guest purchase travel insurance prior to their stay.

Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or in public areas of the hotel.

No more than 1 small dog under 20 pounds per room.

Must be leashed at all times. A dog may not be left unattended. If your dog poops, you scoop.

Pet Fee is 500 MXN (1-7 days). If your stay is more than 7 days, the rate will go up.

Best place ever. If you just want a quiet getaway and beautiful scenery this is the place. I know we would not have had as great a time if not for the owners and their staff. And of course our friends that we were with. The hotel was perfectly kept and service staff were remarkable. We are used to going to all inclusive resorts but this one was not. The town was totally safe to get out to shop and eat and inexpensive. There is a kitchen up top of 2 of the buildings to cook if wanted. If you do not have something you need just ask. For me it’s 5 stars all the way.

Meeting Tim, Kristi and Adam where a blessing I will never forget. Hands down the most comfortable beds we’ve had anywhere we have stayed in Mexico or America for that matter! The hospitality and accommodations were both equality stellar. Not to mention the location and view is etched in my mind. Watching whales every morning from our palapa above our rooms having coffee is something we have never been able to do before in our 6th year to the area. And the staff was more than accommodating with special treats for us when we were not expecting them. The pool and grounds are meticulously maintained and lounge chairs are comfortable as we have found, I fell asleep more than once by the pool. Tim, Adam and Kristi are not just your hosts they are the kind of people I would call friends by the time we left. Great people with a slice of heaven you have to try. Try Bajito Bay you will not be disappointed!
