Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit will confirm reservations made 30 days or more in advance. 

If you reserve within 30 days or less, payment in full is required.

Wire transfer is accepted for deposits. Balance is due in Mexican Pesos at the time of arrival.

The management is not in any way responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or any other property from the hotel room, or any other part of the hotel property for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage

90 days or more notice full refund minus a one night stay. 

Less than 90 days notice - no refund, only credit for future stay.

Holiday reservations canceled less than 60 days, will receive no refund or credit for future stay. 

No refund for early departure.

We will not waive late cancellations and no show fees due to medical or health issues, weather conditions or expired travel documents. It is recommended that guest purchase travel insurance prior to their stay. 

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.

Check-out time is at noon. 


Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or in public areas of the hotel. 



No more than 1 small dog under 20 pounds per room. 

Must be leashed at all times. A dog may not be left unattended. If your dog poops, you scoop. 

Pet Fee is 500 MXN (1-7 days). If your stay is more than 7 days, the rate will go up. 


Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person whom they are responsible for

Management Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the management has to right to remove the guest's luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.  

Relation between Management and Guests

Nothing herin above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof, in favor of any guest or visitor, and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises. 

Government rules, regulations, and applications of laws

Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
